The flexxica team had the pleasure of taking part in the Lyreco Partner Convention 2026, organised by Lyreco Deutschland GmbH on January 14-15, 2026, and held at the Esperanto Hotel & Kongresszentrum in Fulda.

The event brought together partners, manufacturers, and workplace experts to exchange ideas, explore innovation, and discuss how safety, sustainability, and design are shaping the future of work. Under the motto “The Power of We,” the convention created a dynamic platform for collaboration and forward-thinking dialogue.

A voice on inclusive design: Sebastian Fąk on lighting & acoustics

A key moment of the day was Sebastian Fąk's presentation for flexxica, which provided insights into lighting and acoustics in inclusive interiors.

His talk highlighted how well-designed spaces can support comfort, orientation, focus, and well-being for everyone regardless of age, ability, or sensory sensitivity. Glare-free, uniform lighting combined with effective acoustic solutions plays a crucial role in reducing stress, improving concentration, and creating environments that feel safe and welcoming.

The presentation resonated strongly with the audience, reinforcing the importance of people-centred design in modern workplaces.
