Emagine Office, Towarowa 22 – lighting that shapes the workplace

At flexxica, we believe lighting is far more than illumination. It defines the atmosphere, supports well-being, and helps people experience architecture as intended. The new Emagine headquarters at Towarowa 22 in Warsaw is an excellent example of how thoughtfully designed lighting can become an integral part of a modern workplace.

Located within Office House, the first completed building in the prestigious Towarowa 22 development, the 5,500 m² office combines collaboration, comfort and contemporary aesthetics. Flexxica supplied a complete lighting concept that responds to the interior's different functions while maintaining a consistent architectural language throughout the space.

Lighting designed around people

Rather than treating lighting as a finishing element, the project integrates it into the architecture from the earliest design stages. Different work settings require different lighting characteristics, from focused task lighting over workstations to decorative statement luminaires in social spaces. The lighting concept supports: visual comfort throughout the day, intuitive zoning of open-plan areas, collaboration and informal meetings, employee wellbeing, and the architectural identity of the workplace. Every luminaire was selected to complement both the function and character of each space.

Wire Medusa – a signature feature

One of the defining visual elements of the project is the Wire Medusa lighting system. Installed above communal areas, Wire Medusa creates a sculptural focal point that immediately attracts attention while maintaining visual lightness. Its flexible cable arrangement allows designers to create unique compositions adapted to the architecture of each interior. Beyond its expressive form, Wire Medusa delivers comfortable ambient lighting that enhances large social spaces without overwhelming the architecture.

Zen – comfortable lighting for everyday work

Throughout the office, Zen luminaires provide balanced illumination for focused work. Their minimalist geometry blends naturally with contemporary interiors while ensuring excellent visual comfort. Uniform light distribution helps reduce eye strain and creates an environment where employees can remain productive throughout the working day. Zen demonstrates Flexxica's philosophy that professional lighting should perform exceptionally while remaining visually understated.

Bell Wall – architectural accent lighting

In circulation areas and collaborative zones, Bell Wall luminaires introduce warmth and rhythm to the interior. Rather than serving solely as decorative fixtures, they reinforce spatial hierarchy and contribute to the overall atmosphere of the workplace. Their soft indirect illumination complements the architectural materials and enhances the user experience.

Line 43 Diffusers – seamless linear lighting

Linear lighting plays a key role in organising the open-plan office. The Line 43 Diffusers system provides continuous lines of uniform light that guide movement through the space while ensuring excellent workplace illumination. The refined profile integrates effortlessly into the ceiling architecture, creating clean visual lines without unnecessary distraction. The result is a lighting solution that feels almost invisible while significantly improving the quality of the environment.

Lighting and acoustic comfort

Modern workplaces demand more than excellent lighting. Employee comfort also depends on controlling noise and reverberation.

Within the Emagine office, flexxica's lighting solutions work alongside carefully planned acoustic treatments to create balanced, comfortable environments for focused work and collaboration. Decorative lighting and acoustic design together contribute to spaces that feel calm, welcoming and productive.

A complete lighting concept

Rather than supplying individual luminaires, flexxica delivered a coordinated lighting solution tailored to each office zone's needs. The project demonstrates how professional lighting can strengthen architectural identity, improve employee comfort, support well-being, create an intuitive spatial hierarchy, and combine technical performance with exceptional design. The Emagine office is another example of flexxica's approach to creating lighting solutions that become part of the architecture rather than simply illuminating it.
