The iF Design Award 2022 for the Cone acoustic lamp!
The iF Design Award jury has recognized our Cone acoustic luminaire in XXL size. Cone is a large lighting fixture designed for office spaces where it is necessary to improve the acoustic properties of the room in addition to a professional light source.
The main innovation of this luminaire is a noticeable improvement in the acoustic comfort of the rooms in which it is located through the use of a large shade surface made of Merino wool felt. The simple circular shape allows the light to blend into various office spaces.
Cone has a strong visual aesthetic but creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The soft fabric woven between the metal bars alludes to the familiar feel of a classic lampshade. The felt absorbs sound, improving the acoustic properties of the room.
We also took care to use the latest technology. The LED lampshade eliminates the need for frequent maintenance. The light source has a non-glare design. The texture of the polycarbonate lens diffuses the light, protecting the user's eyes.
