The Workspace Design Show 2026 in London once again confirmed its status as one of the most important events in the global workplace interiors calendar.

Lighting and acoustic innovation that redefined the workplace design experience

The Workspace Design Show 2026 in London once again confirmed its status as one of the most important events in the global workplace interiors calendar. Held on 25–26 February at the Business Design Centre, the exhibition brought together thousands of architects, designers, workplace strategists, and manufacturers shaping the future of modern offices.

Among the standout exhibitors was flexxica, presenting a collection of advanced acoustic lighting solutions and architectural luminaires that captured the attention of the design community. Throughout the two-day event, our stand became a vibrant meeting point for professionals exploring the next generation of lighting that seamlessly combines design, acoustics and technological precision.

For flexxica, the show was an opportunity to demonstrate how thoughtfully designed lighting can transform the way people experience workplace environments.

A meeting point for the global workplace design community

The Workspace Design Show gathers over 5,000 workplace professionals, featuring more than 140 industry speakers and hundreds of innovative product solutions dedicated to office interiors.

Under the 2026 theme “Connected Realities – Where Physical Meets Digital, and Work Evolves by Design,” the event explored how hybrid work, immersive technologies, and human-centric design are redefining the modern workplace.

flexxica’s presence is perfectly aligned with this vision. Our solutions demonstrate that lighting and acoustics are no longer separate elements of interior design. Instead, they work together to create environments that support concentration, well-being, and collaboration.

The response from visitors confirmed that this integrated approach resonates strongly with today’s architectural and workplace design challenges.

A stand that became one of the show’s highlights

From the moment the doors opened, flexxica’s stand drew a steady stream of architects and designers eager to experience our solutions firsthand.

Visitors repeatedly highlighted the distinctive aesthetics, colour possibilities and acoustic functionality of our luminaires. Many conversations centred on how our lighting systems help designers address one of the biggest challenges in contemporary interiors: creating spaces that are both visually inspiring and acoustically comfortable.

For many guests, the flexxica installation became one of the most memorable displays at the show – a place where lighting design, material innovation and architectural creativity came together in a single coherent vision.

Lighting solutions presented by flexxica

During Workspace Design Show London 2026, we showcased a curated selection of our most innovative products, demonstrating the wide possibilities of design lighting, acoustic luminaires and professional office lighting systems.

Jungle – design lighting inspired by nature

The Jungle luminaire is a sculptural lighting concept inspired by organic forms. With its flowing shapes and distinctive character, it introduces warmth, texture and visual rhythm into modern interiors.

Designed as a statement element, Jungle transforms lighting into an architectural feature that enhances the emotional quality of a space while maintaining excellent illumination performance.

Linea – acoustic lighting for modern workspaces

Linea is one of flexxica’s most versatile acoustic luminaires, combining high-quality lighting with sound-absorbing functionality.

The design integrates advanced acoustic materials that help reduce noise levels in open office environments while delivering balanced and comfortable illumination. Linea is particularly suited for contemporary workplaces where visual clarity and acoustic well-being must coexist.

Sol – a showcase of flexxica’s colour possibilities

The Sol luminaire was presented on a striking wall installation that displayed the full spectrum of flexxica acoustic material colours.

This presentation highlighted how lighting can become a powerful architectural tool – not only illuminating a space but also introducing colour, rhythm and personality to interior environments. Sol demonstrates the flexibility designers gain when working with the flexxica acoustic palette.

Gamma Floor – sculptural ambient lighting

The Gamma Floor luminaire combines acoustic performance with a strong decorative presence.

As a floor lighting element, it enriches interiors with soft ambient illumination while acting as a sculptural focal point. Its elegant form and atmospheric glow make the space feel warmer, more comfortable and visually dynamic.

Gamma Floor perfectly illustrates flexxica’s philosophy: lighting solutions that shape both the acoustic and emotional atmosphere of a workplace.

Line 75 Oval Dark Optics – precision professional lighting

flexxica also presented the Line 75 Oval Dark Optics, a professional lighting solution engineered for workplaces requiring precise illumination and visual comfort.

Thanks to advanced optics technology, the luminaire ensures controlled light distribution while minimising glare. This makes it an ideal solution for offices where performance, efficiency and ergonomic lighting conditions are critical.

New product highlights

Workspace Design Show 2026 was also the stage for introducing new innovations in the flexxica portfolio.

Linea Design – lighting with an architectural twist

Linea Design is a distinctive C-shaped luminaire that merges high-performance lighting with a decorative architectural form.

The design introduces a dynamic visual gesture into interiors, making the luminaire both a functional light source and an expressive design element. Linea Design reflects the growing demand for lighting that contributes to the identity and atmosphere of contemporary workspaces.

Zen Oval System – ultimate flexibility in lighting design

Another highlight was the Zen Oval System, a modular lighting concept that allows architects and designers to create custom lighting configurations tailored to any office environment.

The system offers exceptional flexibility, enabling designers to compose unique arrangements that adapt to different spatial layouts. Zen Oval System provides the freedom to design lighting solutions that perfectly match the scale, character and function of each workplace.

flexxica’s impact on the future of workplace lighting

The strong interest and positive feedback we received during Workspace Design Show London 2026 confirmed that the industry is moving toward a new paradigm in lighting design.

Today’s workplaces demand solutions that combine:

  • visual comfort

  • acoustic performance

  • architectural aesthetics

  • sustainability and material innovation

flexxica stands at the intersection of these trends, delivering lighting systems that help designers create spaces where people can work, collaborate, and thrive.

Our participation in the show reinforced one clear message: lighting is no longer just illumination  it is an essential architectural element that shapes the entire workplace experience.

Looking ahead

Workspace Design Show 2026 was an inspiring opportunity to connect with the global design community, exchange ideas and showcase the future of acoustic lighting.

We would like to thank every architect, designer and partner who visited the flexxica stand and shared their insights with us.

The conversations we started in London will continue to influence our work as we keep pushing the boundaries of innovative lighting and acoustic design.
