flexxica at two events in one month – 4 Design Days & Lyreco Partner Convention Berlin 2025
January 2025 was an inspiring month for the flexxica brand, filled with meetings, discussions, and knowledge exchange.
Within just one week, we had the pleasure of participating in two prestigious industry events – 4 Design Days and Lyreco Partner Convention Berlin 2025.
4 Design Days – a celebration of design & architecture
This year's 4 Design Days gathered nearly 6,000 participants, who attended presentations, panel discussions, and debates focused on the future of architecture and design. Leading architects, designers, and thousands of guests created an atmosphere full of inspiration, defining the ninth edition of the event. Industry experts explored the key trends shaping the sector and the future of the spaces where we live and work. The event also featured the presentation of prestigious awards such as Property Design Awards, Dobry Design, and RenOwacja, as well as opportunities for networking and experience exchange. 4 Design Days once again confirmed its position as a key forum for architects, designers, and investors, shaping the vision of the industry's future.
Lighting & acoustics in modern office spaces at 4 Design Days
The event's discussions focused on four key topics:
- How will we live in the future?
- How should we design workplaces and recreational spaces?
- How should we shape modern cities?
- How can we build in a sustainable way?
Together with TRZOP ARCHITEKCI and our partners from the flooring, furniture, glass systems, and audiovisual technology industries, we created a showroom that became a living example of a modern and functional workspace. This unique space showcased our latest lighting and acoustic solutions, including: flexxica Line Oval 75, flexxica Acoustic Sol, flexxica Acoustic Zen, flexxica Acoustic Zen Garden, flexxica Acoustic Screen Glow and flexxica Echo Baffles acoustic ceiling
Our products combine design with functionality, enhancing both aesthetics and acoustic comfort while ensuring better workplace ergonomics. Conversations with architects, interior designers, and investors confirmed the growing demand for innovative solutions that improve acoustics and working conditions in modern office environments.
Lyreco Partner Convention Berlin 2025 – the future of office spaces
At the end of January, during the Lyreco Partner Convention 2025 in Berlin, we co-created a vision for the future of office spaces. The event brought together over 750 participants, including key business partners and clients.
Lyreco Deutschland and myworkspace by Lyreco presented the workplace of the future within three thematic zones:
- Office World – focused on modern spatial concepts for future-ready workplaces, including design trends, ergonomic furniture, and digital office solutions.
- Safety World – highlighted comprehensive workplace safety and health solutions, developed in collaboration with key service providers.
- Lyreco World – offered clients exclusive insights into the company's operations and showcased sustainable and reliable solutions for everyday work.
Interactivity & innovation at the heart of the lighting industry
Our presentation, under the theme "The Power of We", emphasized how lighting and acoustics impact workplace ergonomics, efficiency, and employee well-being. Innovative lighting and acoustic solutions should not only be seen but also experienced, creating spaces for dialogue and inspiration.
We are proud that our award-winning products – flexxica Acoustic Alpha, flexxica Jungle, flexxica Acoustic Sol, flexxica Acoustic Cone, flexxica Acoustic Bell, and flexxica Acoustic Bell Oval – generated significant interest among event participants.
