Exclusive acoustic workshop series

Acoustics has become one of the most important aspects of conscious workplace design. Today’s offices must not only look exceptional, but also support concentration, comfort, and the overall well-being of their users. That is why flexxica, together with Glass System, is organising a unique series of workshops dedicated to architects and interior designers.

This original event series, which has already gained significant recognition within the design community through previous editions, combines expert knowledge, practical experience, and real-life case studies that demonstrate how acoustics directly influence the quality of modern workspaces.

Workshops focused on real acoustic experience

The workshop program has been designed specifically for professionals creating contemporary office environments and combines theoretical knowledge with practical acoustic experience.

Participants can expect:

• lectures covering room acoustics, standards, and design requirements,
• live field acoustic measurements,
• analysis of real project case studies,
• practical group exercises,
• presentations of completed acoustic adaptations and their measurable results.

The workshops will demonstrate how to properly select sound insulation and sound-absorbing solutions, from glass partitions to wall panels and suspended ceilings, to create acoustically comfortable spaces compliant with current standards.

The flexxica part of the workshop will focus on sound absorption and acoustic performance in modern office interiors.

The training session will be led by Katarzyna Jaroszewska-Wójtowicz, who will guide participants through the key principles of designing acoustically comfortable spaces and explain how well-designed acoustic solutions can positively impact users’ well-being and productivity.

After successfully completing the workshop and final test, participants will receive an official certificate of completion. Special prizes are also planned for the most engaged attendees.

Workshops supporting an important cause

The workshop series also supports the Polish Foundation for Children with Hearing Impairments “ECHO”. Participation is confirmed through a voluntary donation of 30 PLN made directly to the Foundation.

We believe that thoughtful design can genuinely improve quality of life — both inside and outside the workplace.
