flexxica at the heart of sustainable design during 4 Design Days

On 22–23 January 2026, the International Congress Centre in Katowice once again became a meeting point for the architecture, design, real estate and innovation industries. 4 Design Days is Poland’s leading industry event, a platform for trend presentations, discussions on the future of design, networking and inspiring premieres.

This year, flexxica had the unique opportunity to participate not only as an exhibitor, but as a key partner in one of the central exhibition concepts: the Sustainable Office by Trzop Architekci pavilion, a space presenting a comprehensive and contemporary vision of the workplace, focused on health, comfort and sustainability.

A new quality of workplace, a holistic approach to design

The concept developed by Trzop Architekci, led by architect Bartosz Trzop, renowned for creating high-standard, human-centred office environments, is based on the belief that a modern office must be flexible, healthy and comfortable. At the core of this vision lies not only form and function, but also a deep understanding of user wellbeing and the impact of space on everyday experience.

The Sustainable Office pavilion showcased practical solutions addressing the challenges of today’s working environments. It demonstrated how aesthetics, technology and responsible design can be integrated to create spaces that inspire, support collaboration and enhance performance.

Light and sound are essential elements of a better work environment

flexxica played a crucial role in bringing this vision to life by providing professional lighting and acoustic solutions throughout the pavilion. Carefully designed lighting does more than shape the atmosphere and highlight architectural details; it directly influences concentration, visual comfort and overall well-being.

Combined with acoustic elements that improve sound quality and reduce noise levels, Flexxica’s solutions helped create an environment where wellbeing and functionality coexist with aesthetics and sustainable design principles.

This project exemplifies the synergy between architecture, lighting technology and acoustic design — reflecting the holistic design approach promoted by Trzop Architekci as a standard for contemporary workplaces.
